How the Free allowance works
A credit is used only when a new supported personalised checklist is successfully saved. Each credit becomes available again 24 hours after use. Refreshing or regenerating the same answers does not use another credit. Unfinished routes, errors and service enquiries do not use credits.
Membership does not increase researched coverage. Check supported routes before planning your trip. Translation, attestation and human review are separately quoted services.
